July 4th

This is an older but well maintained duplex. We had plenty of supplies for our 4 night stay. Short drive to beach and restaurants. Our dogs loved the fenced yard. Owners are very nice people. They responded to our requests very promptly.

Lovely stay

Property owner very responsive. House is clean and comfortable. Yard was great for dogs. Providing some toiletries and kitchen, dryer/washer things, was very helpful and a nice touch. Thank you

Comfy, clean, and close

Great spot to stay for your visit to St. Augustine Beach. Nice, quiet neighborhood, easy access, close to everything, every drive to the beach. All new kitchen appliances and nice clean cooking pans. As with any Florida rental, bring a water filter pitcher with you for drinking! High sulfur content and taste (can't help it).
