Fantastic and friendly hotel

Staff were so friendly, extremely helpful in so many ways but in particular helping with my uncle and mothers mobility issues regarding scooter hire, with availability of their own wheelchairs also for use, my mother had a fall on day one and they were so good in helping too, fantastic care from all staff. Hotel was immaculate, staff were immaculate and I really can’t fault them at all. Looking forward to a return trip soon

Though the hotel was not busy, we were put in what could only be described as a tiny children’s adjoining room, with a window so covered in bird poo it was impossible to see out of! Not what I have come to expect from a luxury hotel.
