Lovely flat pleasethe bin lock code

Great location and a lovely flat with great parking. I discovered that the lock code had been changed when trying to access the bin shelter… so I had to put the bin bags in the car and take them home… I left a note in the flat for the cleaning staff to pass on so hopefully this will be resolved for the next guests.

Not the standard of last year!

Location Ensure the locks on all internal doors into flats (not the main property entrance) are well maintained. During our 42 hour stay someone had to come and work on the lock twice . . . the second time at 10pm - not very satisfactory! We then had problems exiting the flat as we were leaving - this could have been a major issue if there had been an emergency during the night. A situation that definitely needs dealing with!
