St Andrews apartment only 8 minutes walk from St Andrews historic Town Centre, beaches and The Old Course.

The apartment has been finished to a high standard with free on street parking.

We provide all your linen and towel needs with Egyptian cotton towels and luxurious 1000 thread count (min) bed sheets.

The master bedroom has one of the most comfortable beds you will ever sleep in. The King size oak bed is complemented by two bedside cabinets, chest of drawers & hanging built-in wardrobe. There is a TV in this bedroom where streaming services (including Netflix) can be accessed.

The large bright and inviting living room has comfy leather sofas and a TV with Amazon Fire including Netflix, NowTV & Disney+ streaming services. Books and games can be accessed from the modern bookcase. Music on demand from Apple Homepod device adds to the relaxing atmosphere.

The newly refitted kitchen has a four burner gas hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, wine fridge and microwave.

Arguably the kitchen's best feature is the 7 bottle wine fridge (and space for 5 reds above). Each guest is provided with a quality bottle of wine at the start of their stay.

The bathroom has been finished to a high standard with premium Spanish Porcelanosa products throughout. High water pressure feeds a huge raindrop style shower with separate directional spray attachment.

The second bedroom has a double bed with a pull out trundle under-bed meaning that up to 3 could sleep in this room.

There is private flat garden space to the rear of the property for children to run and play.

Our apartment is accessed by a private indoor staircase with a total of 15 stairs.
Guest access
Guests can access all parts of house except loft and hall cupboard.

This is a no smoking property. Please respect there is absolutely no smoking (or e-cigarettes) in the property, on the doorstep or anywhere in the grounds.

The exterior of the house is monitored by CCTV.
