34 Pipelands is a comfortable apartment compromising of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds or a king size via zip and links, both equipped with ample storage for clothes. The bathroom is a modern suite with a large shower cubicle. The compact living room has lovely views over the St Andrews Bowling Green, towards the Kinness Burn.
