Come stay at this wonderful Lake Champlain cottage where you'll find yourself right on the lake with amazing views and sunsets. This newly renovated lakefront home is designed for relaxing Vermont getaways, with a cozy kitchen & living space, private beach access with a 228 ft dock, comfortable sleeping arrangements, & plenty of room for families or small groups to relax and enjoy. You'll find it's a short 6 minute drive to historic St. Albans, where you'll find easy access to local dining, shops, & local adventures. The property features parking for 3 vehicles and a small private access right on the lake with a small fire pit and gas grill. Guests will find a comfortable queen bed in the Master Bedroom and two twin beds in the other, perfect for a small group or family. There is also a very comfortable Queen size pull-out couch on the first floor. The bathroom features a shower stall, soaps, towels and a hair dryer for convenience. Enjoy a tremendous blend of cozy heating and refreshing AC that keeps the space just right no matter the season. Make your holiday or vacation one for the books with a stay at our place.

A wonderful property for visiting Lake Champlain! The view and water access make this a wonderful place to stay. Close enough to St. Albane for any shopping needs while being far enough away to feel like you have some space. The host was always within reach and they clearly worked hard to set us up for success for our stay. The interior is clean and efficient. It has everything you need to relax with a dock and firepit for some outside activities. With sleeping room for 6 it was a great place to take our small family. There are a lot of bugs because you are close to the lake but there are great tips and tools to manage them. Overall this was exactly the experience we hopped for! I hope to come back again soon!
