Room was clean, but AC unit in room was loud and couldn’t turn off so affected our sleep. Front desk was kind an switched a room for us but the second room had the same situation so at night the unit would come on without any way to turn it off resulting in it being difficult to sleep through the night

Toiletries in bathroom were empty and not refilled during our 5 day stay. Carpet needs cleaning. Breakfast was cold, pancake machine was broken, hot chocolate packets were gone and staff said they were ordered. Why not simply buy some at the store?

During our stay it was rare to see staff at the front desk. The common areas and part of the room were overheated while the in-room ventilating system was extremely noisy and blew only frigid air regardless of the room thermostat setting.

The hotel and rooms were nice but noise was terrible. Can hear every adjacent room and above and below your room. We arrived at breakfast early before 8am and everything was empty and staff said there was no more food. Would not stay again.

Food ran out of near end of breakfast, including oatmeal, which was unfortunate. Some of the yogurt didn’t seem fresh. Frosted rolls were delicious as was the orange juice though. Wasn’t a fan of the eggs & sausage.

They run out of food items every other day. They had no cream for at least 2 days for coffee. Other days they had no milk for breakfast. Sometimes they put out a whole spread and other days had run out of the rolls or hot foods. It is very inconsistent. When they did have hot food the quality was good. Sometimes breakfast wasn’t out on time, other days early. More than one staff was snotty when asked about cream or milk or anything really. When I first checked in my suite had dirty towels. They never serviced my room a single time while I was there two weeks. You had to put garbage in the hall, and they didn’t even provide garbage bags for the bins. If I hadn’t prepaid for my visits for work I would’ve left early.

If not for the noise of the girls running around the hallways it would have been perfect. There was a girls hockey tournament and the parents let the teenagers run around until about 11. Kids will be kids but the parents should have disciplined them better

Menu was good. Parking was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Snow was not wanted. Please make sure it does not snow when we stay in St. Albans. It make life too "exciting."
