Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Clean well appointed flat. Comfortable beds . Looks newly renovated and had everything we needed. Pictures are just as apartment appears. Close to shopping and eating out. Bus close by also. Only issue was being asked for damage deposit on the day of check in when it wasn’t mentioned in listing. Took us by surprise as listing said no hidden fees. Hopefully that will be clear for guests in future. Overall good place for people visiting the area.

The flat is very comfortable, everything we needed was provided. All appliances worked well, the showers are great and the beds comfy, we had a lovely week in St Albans!
