The rooms were spotless and the staff both at reception and housekeeping were kind and courteous. We stayed in an access room and it met our needs for wheelchair access. A small bugbear was having to hold the door open to gain access to the room. We will be going again next week for another 5 night stay.

The staff were amazing when my daughter who has autism couldn't settle in the room. They found us an alternative room with seperate beds and where she could have the window open all night. (IYKYK) The breakfast was plentyful with many options and cooked to perfection. We found the location quiet with many amenities local to the hotel should you need them. Warner Bros Harry potter Studio only a short distance away, so was perfect for our visit. Would recommend this great value, clean and welcoming hotel. Only negative, the mattress was too hard for us.......but that's just how it is when staying away from home, and missing your own bed slightly 😁

Nice hotel room was comfortable and clean although a little small but fine for a one night stay. Stayed here a few times now and the food has always been terrible, very little choice and what there is was not very nice. However I found a nice pub about 10 minutes walk away this time so went there instead. Breakfast was OK though, what you'd expect from a budget hotel.
