A charming, tastefully furnished apartment that sleeps up to 4 people and is energy-efficient thanks to its solar power system. The apartment is located in the city center, just 500 meters from the train station and a short distance from the highway on-ramps to Lecce and Brindisi. An enviable location, from which you can reach both the Ionian and Adriatic coasts—just a 10-minute drive away—with Salento and the Itria Valley within easy reach. A shared garden and overnight electric car charging are available.



The 70-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator: please note that there is a flight of stairs to access it and a few steps in the garden.



The interior layout is as follows:

- Kitchen with dining table and fully equipped cooking area featuring an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, and microwave

- Living room with a two-seater sofa bed, table, and TV

- Bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and dresser

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall

- Balcony with a small table and two chairs.



Shared with the other guests of the two adjacent apartments, the following facilities are available on the first floor of the property:

- Large inner garden with a lawn, furnished with seating and tables, and featuring trees (olive, laurel, pomegranate, carob, grapevine pergolas, and climbing jasmine)

- Spacious indoor lobby/game room converted from an old stable, lit by traditional Salento-style lighting and equipped with seating, a ping-pong table, and a foosball table (please note there are 4 steps to access it)

- Overnight electric charging for electric cars using two wallboxes located in the adjacent garage. PLEASE NOTE: charging is available only at night. For scheduling purposes, guests are asked to notify us at the time of booking.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, central heating and air conditioning, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, while the building’s exterior and other common areas are shared with other guests.



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating may be used and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

The keys to the front door are located inside a secure lockbox that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.



After 9:30 PM, direct check-in at the apartment is available with the following surcharges:

- From 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM - 25.00 euros

- From 11:00 PM to midnight - 30.00 euros

- From midnight to 1:30 AM - 40.00 euros
