Lovely place, beds were awesomely comfortable. Nice neighborhood for walking the dog. Breakfast setup was pretty much what one would expect from a B and B, simple but it worked. What we didn't like was lack of an electric tea kettle so we couldn't have tea at night and morning. Barely any kitchen-like utensils or ways to create even a simple meal- only microwave and tiny frige. Lighting was pretty bad in kitchen and main room, ceiling lights extraordinarily harsh and bright so not usable. A floor lamp would be a nice addition- kitchen was especially difficult lighting.

First time in Springville

Our daughter and her family recently moved to Springville. We were so pleased to find Art City Inn. It is only a dozen blocks from their house, just minutes from Smith’s grocery store, and part of a wonderful downtown area. The Presidential Suite was a delight, and hubby enjoyed the hottub in the courtyard. The lovely park next to the Inn was a great place to bring our two grandchildren, and we all enjoyed a delicious lunch at Magleby’s, also next door. We highly recommend staying at Art City Inn.

Nice place-Historic

Just like the description and photos show. Looks like it just recently completed renovation. Decor was simple and “cute”. Family really enjoyed it.

Delightful Stay

I absolutely loved this quaint historical home. Every detail has been thought out and I was very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and I felt safe night and day. The owners make it easy to come and go as you please. I enjoyed having a smart tv so that I could watch my shows. The kitchen has a lot to offer. I ate breakfast that I brought with me. The bathroom is a little small but fits one very comfortably. The bedroom area is large though. Easy access from the freeway and centrally located to the adorable downtown. I will definitely come back again.
