We were traveling with pets, one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Throughout our stay we were asked 3 times about their pet policy. Which they added things to each time. Pets cant ve left alone in rooms. Extra charge for pets. Etc. We booked saying we had pets so i am confused why after the fact we were told these things.

Rooms are basic but very clean and newer looking. Had all your basic amenities. Staff was friendly and we were given snacks, water, and even dog treats if needed at the front desk when we arrived. Perfect for a quick stay and you can't beat the price.

Safes in whole buildings did not work as I was told by front desk. Front desk employee seemed to be a l overwhelmed by a simple question. Refrigerator did not sit on shelf properly casing cans to fall over every time door was opened.
