With 2 queen beds, a full bed, and two extra floor mattresses, the house can comfortably sleep 6-8 guests. Outdoor Spaces | The home includes a charming front porch and backyard garden access for a bit of fresh air and relaxation. First and second floors, main kitchen, 2 bathrooms and living area, are all availble for guests to enjoy all to themselvs exclusivly. No shared or common areas. The basement is not part of your rentals. It has its own separate entrance, and the door between it and your part of the house remains locked at all time. The basement area is occupied by another tenant. Guests have full access to the main house through the main entrance, and no areas are shared.
