No breakfast as advertised. Room had physical dirt on the floors and stains on the toilet paper trash bags and towels. Microwave broke and even after being told was not replaced or repaired. There were missing lightbulbs leaving only two working lamps. The beds dipped significantly. We had no choice but to stay both nights, but even letting them clean after the first night resulted in made beds only. All the previous dirt, stains, and broken items remained.
