Great location, gorgeous views and hearing the river at night was very peaceful. You will also hear the town bells! This was a perfect landing spot for our family, comfortable beds, super clean home, very responsive hosts! 10/10 recommend and hope to be able to stay again in the future.

Staying in this historic hillside home felt like being transported to another time. From its tall ceilings and grand dining room mirror to the soft echo of church bells drifting from the town below, every detail carries a quiet, timeless charm.The living room is vast and welcoming — perfect for gathering, reading, or playing one of the many board games thoughtfully provided. The kitchen is another delight: spacious, full of character, and stocked with the cutest assortment of mugs and cups that make every morning coffee feel special.Upstairs, the bedrooms are airy and comfortable, each filled with gentle light. Though the house bears the character of its age — a few little quirks here and there — the host’s responsiveness and warmth make everything smooth and easy.It’s the kind of place where you instantly slow down, breathe a little deeper, and feel at peace. A truly memorable and soulful stay.
