I’d rather talk through it cause I copied you on the most latest email that ever that was going around did you see if by chance I have not I can take a look well in a nutshell what’s going on one of my Key accounts overpaid they double paid a bill of $769,000 and they were basically told in the first attempt to see if we could reimburse it that they needed 60 days and you reimburse it. What do you mean by that reverse reverse and they were told so the customer was told that it would take us at least 60 days to do that if we could otherwise it would just send us a credit.
