The hotel room was very clean and quiet. I also liked the fact that there are many stores around the area for shopping and eating etc...we had a pleasant stay overall! I recommend this place if going to visit DC or staying in the Virginia area.

Check in and checkout were super easy and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a little variety between the 4 days we ate. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Even though we were near the elevator it was pretty quiet. Only small complaints was that our toilet was running off and on and when our room was cleaned only one bed was made. Would stay again.

A mishap that was resolved

Upon check in was advised that booking through hotels.com does not guarantee the room we wanted, we needed two beds, they said they tried to reach me to advise they only had King room, because they had to accommodate the national guard, but received an automated answer. I never got any calls. After much debate, the GM was able to locate a room with a king bed for my friend and we received a discount on my initial room. Glad they made it right but I should not have had to spend an hour or more getting them to figure this out. I don't anticipate booking through hotels.com if my room choice is not guaranteed at booking.
