Bathroom floor was coming apart - almost stepped on a small piece of the floor that came out. Could’ve cut my foot. The shower wasn’t running right - the water would constantly start sputtering out of the shower head like a water sprinkler. Toilet wouldn’t flush well. AC/heating unit was way too loud - kept waking me throughout the night. The buttons on it wouldn’t work for me to adjust it. Housekeeping knocking on my door before it was even checkout time. Slept in some due to having a rough night from the overly loud AC/heating unit, but it still wasn’t 11am yet. Guy at the front desk when checking out seemed like he had a rough sleeping night too. The girl during check in in the evening was nice though - helped me out with connecting to the WiFi on my phone.

Didnt make it to breakfast but could still obtain banana and yoghurt. This was super nice of them. Had kecard glutch but Chris the evening desk man literally ran upstairs after rescanning ours to check that it worked. Beds were very comfy. Wood surfaces were a little worn...a minor flaw.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Destini. Hot breakfast had many choices although the pancake machine was broken. Room was very comfortable with air conditioner working well. Carpet was dated with a musty smell in the hallways. Was mopping up a carpet spill with a towel and there was a lot of hair on the towel. Quiet with no disturbances. Parking lot lit well. We were able to park close to the door we came out.

Hotel didn’t have the room I booked available and put us in a smaller room, after we had paid more for the original room. Hotel staff said they had to wait for manager to help make it right. Manager wasn’t available before we had to check out and refused to make it right after we followed up. Horrible customer service.

WORST EXPERIENCE IN A HOTEL EVER! Direct TV was down our entire stay and of course no one bothered to mention that at check in and they were aware BEFORE we arrived (should have been my first sign to RUN) We get to our room it had not be cleaned or restocked, only the beds were made. We had no shampoo or conditioner, no toilet paper, no towels. The mirrors were filthy! Went to the pool Saturday and it was also a mess in there and had no towels….went back throughout our stay and the same mess was still there and the towels were never restocked either. They never cleaned our room while we were there and when we brought it to the front desk attendant’s attention she said “yea, sorry our housekeepers are lazy” and still never sent anyone to clean it. The place is gross and the staff is worse. Trust me, do yourself a favor and don’t stay here!

The hotel is obviously recently under new management. The hotel staff are nice and polite and i can tell the new owners are trying but maybe hotel management isn't the right for for them. I will give them the credit of the bed was one of the comfiest I've slept in in a hotel in a long time. The list of things that made me not want to stay there again we're things like overly nice and slightly intruding owners, the pool area that was so humid it was worse than stepping outside of Orlando Airport, mouse traps in more areas than should be, rooms not ready by any means (after talking to others i think ours was the only one that was ready), needing to get new room keys at least 3 times, broken fixtures in bathroom, basic maintenance in the rooms not kept up, sketchy elevator and not to mention a "hold" when i checked in that was the entire amount and when i asked to have the charge moved to another card when i checked out i was charged two more times for the entire stay. Being charged three times, for whatever reason they want to give is unnecessary, thankfully i got that resolved and on the right card. No idea how the breakfast is, we opted to go to McDonald's instead. The bed was VERY comfy, i slept well but id rather pitch a tent in the field behind the hotel next time.
