Worst Embassy Suites experience I’ve had. I arrived about 30 minutes early and was told the room wasn’t ready. After waiting 20 minutes, my room was upgraded, and I do want to acknowledge the front desk associate for being kind and professional. Later, I tried to get a snack from the snack bar/front desk, but the line was so long due to understaffing that it would take forever to get the snacks. I decided to order room service, only to be told there is none—despite the website advertising in-suite dining. To add to the frustration, while sitting quietly in the bar area waiting for my to-go order, I was asked to move. Overall, this stay did not meet the standards I expect from Embassy Suites. Disappointing experience.

The bed was on the floor-no frame. Thank God I had someone with me for assistance to get up. This is unacceptable for a handicap room. Although there are rails in the bathroom, the toilet is still too low.

Rooms are always great but I always have to inform the front desk of something every time I check out whether it be a stain on the carpet or a loose handle or a leaky toilet... Doesn't housekeeping notice these things?? I hate that I have to pay for parking it should be included. They used to give you unlimited drinks at cocktail hour.Now they only allow two.
