Worst Embassy Suites experience I’ve had. I arrived about 30 minutes early and was told the room wasn’t ready. After waiting 20 minutes, my room was upgraded, and I do want to acknowledge the front desk associate for being kind and professional.
Later, I tried to get a snack from the snack bar/front desk, but the line was so long due to understaffing that it would take forever to get the snacks.
I decided to order room service, only to be told there is none—despite the website advertising in-suite dining.
To add to the frustration, while sitting quietly in the bar area waiting for my to-go order, I was asked to move.
Overall, this stay did not meet the standards I expect from Embassy Suites. Disappointing experience.
