I have stayed there multiple times. The last 3 times i have been unhappy with am staff knocking on the door multiple times to clean the room before i even checked out. The two times before this last time......staff walked in on us by using their key card to come in. This last time, staff knocked at 0900 and then again at 1030. The last time i was unhappy because i spend alot of money at this hotel.......and to be bothered by cleaning staff is just ridiculous. The staff should know when i check out and wait until then.

Pleasantly surprised at the nice and stylish lobby and decor, more than I expected for a modestly priced hotel. Staff was helpful and dog friendly -- nice since we brought pets. Room was small but cozy.

Stay was O.K. except the front desk gave me no wake up call which I requested the night before in person at the desk. This person was very helpful but maybe forgot? The next day after sleeping through breakfast the new person while I was checking out told me it was my problem and not theirs...that they don't "do that". SO what hotel in the world that doesn't have alarm clocks in the room doesn't give you a wake up call when requested??? There's even a button on the phone for it...(???) Also noone seems to have mentioned there is a train track like 25 yards behind the hotel that runs at night and sounds like the building is coming down. It is safe and clean...can't comment on breakfast because I never got to have it. 2 out of 3 workers encountered were good, but the "it's not our problem" person isn't fit to meet the public.

The guy at the front desk was there alone and it was his first night which we understand but we stood there for half a hour while he tried getting someone to answer to figure out why only it showed me paying one price versus three times as much at check in. Then once we finally get checked in our non smoking room wreaked of weed. Hallway smelt of cigarette smoke. The real kicker was when the giant roach was crawling on the shower curtain. We tried to kill it but it ran to the toilet area and went between the tank and toilet seat. Stood there but he never came back out. Went to bed and got up at 530 to get ready and leave for work and there was a bunch of smaller babies around the fridge and under the tv. I snapped three pictures of them. Will not be staying here again. Would have loved to address the issue at check out but no one was at the desk when I left at approximately 620am.

The morning staff wasnt anywhere to be found at checkout. Than when we finally found her after standing there for 10 minutes she didnt even get up off the chair or get off her phone to come check us out.
