Stay was O.K. except the front desk gave me no wake up call which I requested the night before in person at the desk. This person was very helpful but maybe forgot? The next day after sleeping through breakfast the new person while I was checking out told me it was my problem and not theirs...that they don't "do that". SO what hotel in the world that doesn't have alarm clocks in the room doesn't give you a wake up call when requested??? There's even a button on the phone for it...(???) Also noone seems to have mentioned there is a train track like 25 yards behind the hotel that runs at night and sounds like the building is coming down. It is safe and clean...can't comment on breakfast because I never got to have it. 2 out of 3 workers encountered were good, but the "it's not our problem" person isn't fit to meet the public.

The guy at the front desk was there alone and it was his first night which we understand but we stood there for half a hour while he tried getting someone to answer to figure out why only it showed me paying one price versus three times as much at check in. Then once we finally get checked in our non smoking room wreaked of weed. Hallway smelt of cigarette smoke. The real kicker was when the giant roach was crawling on the shower curtain. We tried to kill it but it ran to the toilet area and went between the tank and toilet seat. Stood there but he never came back out. Went to bed and got up at 530 to get ready and leave for work and there was a bunch of smaller babies around the fridge and under the tv. I snapped three pictures of them. Will not be staying here again. Would have loved to address the issue at check out but no one was at the desk when I left at approximately 620am.

Older hotel and needs some updating in the lobby and hallways, but rooms are nice and updated. Nice continental breakfast. Had some issues with our door keys not working and was assigned a new room, after they could not gain access to the room they assigned us. It was very quiet and not busy at all. Had pool to ourselves. Only thing that was distuptive were the trains passing directly behind the hotel. We will likely stay again on our next trip down that way.

was woke up at midnight by people talking on the first floor, the staff always had to have the bell rung. They were never in front. And breakfast did not get eat, cold cereal, sausage, eggs, biscuits, and gravy, when I got there, there was no biscuits. Guy told me yesterday morning. They were cold. I end up just leaving.

The manager is non-existent and does not give his Front Desk staff the ability to make decisions to fully serve the guests. The hotel is more concerned about their policies than understanding the plight of having to make last minute travel changes, even after staying there for 3 nights.

Parking was good, location was good for what we needed. THE HOTEL IS BUILT RIGHT NEXT TO THE VERY ACTIVE TRAIN TRACKS (within 30 yards) which made it very hard to sleep as you could feel your bed start to rumble before the train ever came by ever so loudly. The place just needs a good scrub and a remodel. The carpets were disgusting, things were falling apart, the AC kept turning off, the hot tub was out of order, the entire place was hot (early October, so it wasn't something that AC couldn't fix)...
