Loved the extra space in our room. We were thankful for the hot tub after a long day of hiking. My kids enjoyed the hot chocolate bar, the pool, shuffle board and the pool table. I was grateful for the complementary breakfast starting at 6 to fuel us for our hikes! great stay!

Best part was leaving the car parked at hotel and using the shuttles thru town and onto the national park. Also the breakfast buffet was excellent!

I booked this trip for four days and then changed to three within the window allowed for cancellations and modifications. With the change - the hotel increased my rate per night. While the front desk manager listened to my concerns after highlighting the issue, she was unhelpful in terms of helping resolve the matter or following through with anyone to remedy the issue.
