Room was clean and comfortable with nice tall ceilings, but beware of the fees. I don't consider $75 / per night for a well behaved dog a 'pet friendly hotel'. They also charge for parking despite the very large parking lot. It just seems like they are using fees to make up for lower room rates. Its minor, however it would have been nice to have a set of drinking glasses in the room.

The rooms and facilities are spotless! Breakfast had lots of option. Great views in the dining area. We went winter outdoor pool was open but missed it due to weather.

Everything was fine just wish they would've made it OBVIOUS at booking that there'd be an extra $20/day parking fee at checkin (it is listed under amenties when I went back to find the fee)

Breakfast menu is fresh every day plus every night you have unlimited drinks of tea, coffee and hot chocolate near the front desk. Hot tub is always on from 10am to 10pm. Staff who cleans the room made an excellent job. Staff from the front desk whether day time or night time was very helpful and accommodating with our request. We tried the gym for a couple day.

Had a very good stay. Went there on Christmas Eve and expected delays due to holidays but the service was still top notch. Location is very good just outside Zion national park and near to amenities. Will surely stay here on my next trip to Zion.

No room service the entire stay. We ran out of washcloths and towels after the first night and requested new ones but they were never delivered No china cups available on the entire premises - only paper cups with wax coating on the inside (not microwave safe) for heating water in the microwave.
