We couldn’t make it. Our plan was changed because our plane was extremely delayed and we were coming from the east coast. So we are very tired and now can’t make the hours long drive. I called the hotel front desk and they say Expedia could call the and work something out.

Springhill Suites in Springdale never disappoints with anything. 5 stars consistently with their first class customer service. A relaxing, scenic, beautiful, very comfortable stay every time. We are repeat guests and would never look elsewhere.

The overall experience was very good except for the last night stay, the hotel had very cold water for showers. I was told there were too many people taking showers at the same time, just wait for half an hour. Well, I took a shower at 2am, the water was only luke warm. Thats something I didn't expect from Marriott.

Our thermostat in our room didn’t work accurately. We had to set it really high just to get the heat to turn on. The fan also wouldn’t turn on when needed. There was a family with young kids getting ready to leave their room at 6:40am and they were all standing in the hall talking. Having the fan would’ve drowned out some of the noise. The park was super quiet with the rain and snow up high but we still had to pay a $20/night fee to park. Even though there was basically no parking issues in town. I’d recommend they lower that fee or reduce it during the quiet seasons. I mentioned our thermostat problem to the front desk staff and they were very nice. But it didn’t seem to change.

The room was comfortable and spacious with amazing views. The entire property is well-maintained, beautifully landscaped and set in a spectacular location just outside of Zion National Park.
