Looking for a real "home, away from home"? This is the spot! We are travelers too and we want to make sure that our guests are absolutely comfortable and happy here. We are the polar opposite of a sterile hotel room. Although I will say that I keep an extremely clean house! ;)
From the comfy sheets, extra towels (and oh yes, wash cloths!), pillows, couch blankets, body wash, shampoo, fully stocked kitchen and a fantastic washer and dryer! You and your group will love staying with us! Our place is the full second story of the building. There is a private side entrance and reserved FREE parking for our guests. We are right downtown Springdale and you will love walking to dinner, coffee, shopping or just jumping on the town shuttle that's seconds away! From the moment you walk into Agave Suites, we hope you feel right at home.
Our apartment has an oversized master bedroom (with French doors that open to the private patio!) with a fantastic king size bed, large tv and a private bath. Not only that, the 2nd bedroom also boasts a king size bed (we didn't want the other couple you're traveling with to be envious). Our 3rd bedroom contains 2 super comfy queen size beds. All 3 of our bedrooms are equipped with comfortable mattresses and pillows, ceiling fans, a sitting area and a reading lamp.
There is a full size kitchen with custom cabinets & concrete countertops. We keep it stocked with everything you'll need to cook those big group meals! Plenty of dishes, silverware, basic spices, glasses, cups, baking sheets, pots and pans, mixing bowls, tea kettle, coffee maker (x2), slow cooker, rice cooker, ice maker, dish soap, plenty of dish towels and scrubbers, etc.! Also worth a mention that there is a R.O. water tap in the kitchen sink. Don't forget those refillable water bottles folks!
There is plenty of lounge seating in the living room for all of your guests. We've newly upgraded our tv in the living room to a 65" big guy. So if you are the type that enjoys watching your shows while standing back in the kitchen cooking, I think you're going to like it here.
There are 2 full bathrooms in our place, each with a shower/tub combo, toilet and sink. Please feel free to look through the cabinets and drawers to find all your supplies. Towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, Clorox wipes or the hair dryer.
We do have a small rollaway type bed available. It is best for a child. Please request (if needed) at time of booking. I do not keep the spare sheets in the apartment, so planning ahead is appreciated! :). We just want you comfy!
You will truly enjoy staying here! The views from this apartment cannot be beat! There is a 500 sq. ft deck attached where you can sit & enjoy the Mountains while you barbecue on our gas grill (yes we provide the propane), have tea or cocktails, or simply look down around Springdale to see what's happening in town! This is such a fun location and an amazing apartment! We can't wait to share it with all of you! Cheers

We absolutely loved staying at this unit for our trip to Zion. Everything about it was perfect, and the view from the porch was INCREDIBLE! Two minute drive to the entrance of Zion as well. Highly recommend!

Great property, right in the middle of Springdale. Lovely place. Outstanding beds. This 3BR property worked great for our group of 5. And being on the top floor of a stand alone building meant that we didn't hear any neighbors and had super easy parking.Definitely recommend it to others heading to Zion (also, the shuttle bus stop is right where you walk out of the place). Super convenient.

Fully equipped kitchen; we were able to shop for groceries and have breakfasts and some dinners as a family. The only item i would say would be a good addition would be a high chair.Otherwise very kid friendly; books, porta pack. Very spacious; great space for our 6 adults and two young children . Great location in Springdale; right by Zion shuttle stop. Great access to restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream and gift shops. Great kids playground .6 miles away. Would highly recommend.

We have nothing but good things to say about Agave Suites and hostess Zabrina. The location was perfect: right in middle of Springdale, near restaurants, shops, and grocery store, the shuttle stop was right there, and Zion National Park very close. Zabrina checked to see how we were doing early in our stay and to see if we needed anything. She answered immediately when I accidentally called her. The condo was very spacious and well equipped. We didn’t do any cooking, but everything we needed was there. The in-unit laundry room was great. Everything was labeled from light switches to drawers. The deck was so nice and the scenery spectacular. We give Agave Suites a 10/10

We had an amazing stay and really enjoyed the property. The views outside the balcony were stunning, location very convenient and well maintained altogether. The rooms and family areas were especially spacious which helped. We also appreciated the thoughts on all the small amenities. Keurig coffee, fully stocked kitchen with toaster, etc, a spot at the entry to put your "dirty" shoes with towel to clean, grill outside, etc. In all, no complains and if we return to the area, no problem staying here again.

We had such a great stay at this VRBO in Zion for our annual girls hiking trip! The location is unbeatable, just seconds from restaurants, coffee shops, and the free shuttle stops, which made everything so easy and convenient. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with all the amenities we needed. Zabrina and Josh were wonderful hosts—very responsive and attentive to anything we needed, which made the whole experience seamless. We would absolutely stay here again! No matter where you stay, for the best Zion experience I would recommend staying directly in Springdale. We also had a great experience renting gear from Zion Gurus (e-bikes and Narrows gear) after doing some price comparing.Restaurants:Pizza and NoodleWild ThymeBit and SpurWhiptail GrillDeep Creek Coffee (went here all three days!)
