Conveniently located just outside Zion NP and right on the bus line into the park. Rooms were adequately spacious and clean. Daily maid service was not provided. Hot tub was not operating and several leaves in the swimming pool. But convenience to park, dining, shopping and free parking more than met our needs.

I prefer a cozy room. This room was definitely clean, but reminded me of a hospital room as it had a sterile feeling. I did not like the vinyl flooring or the metal side tables and lack of cozy furniture. It was overpriced at over $300 a night. The parking is tight and feels closed in. There are other properties in the area that are nicer that are not a redone old moter inn. Just too modern and cold.

Great location. Park was full and they let us leave the car there before check in for the day. Took the local shuttle to Zion visitor center and the zion shuttle to top. I wished there was a coffee maker in the room. There was coffee in the lobby kind of tucked away in the corner. The pool and jacuzzi were closed for the summer.comfortable bed and quiet

The best hotel bed I've ever slept in. No lock for the door, just the keypad so you can't verify it's locked from the outside or stop anyone with a master code from coming in. The way the shower door is you have to get blasted with cold water to turn it on. No shelf for your own toiletries in the shower. The reusable water cups tasted like soap. Housekeeping doesn't come and empty the trash or refresh towels or anything (2 night stay). Desk closes 1 hour earlier than Expedia states but they were super helpful and kind via text.

Petty Inn had a change of ownership, of which we where not informed. They no longer has complimentary breakfast which was to be part of our package. We were told to get a refund of $10 pp per day from Expedia? There was no ice machine available. Be prepared for difficult parking. The beds and pillows in the room where very comfortable. Bathroom looked to be recently updated and was very nice . Hot tub was closed also
