The staff is wonderful, the pillows and beds are very comfortable. I would give them a 9 out of 10. I reported the AC blowing hot air and they immediately responded to my call and fixed it. The lights outside weren’t completely covered by the blinds, there is a gap between them and the wall, curtains would solve the problem. The AC is a bit loud in the middle of the night and couldn’t sleep very well.

The location is deplorable. The cleanliness of the location and room was appalling. The exterior is the first impression of the visit, and it conveyed a sense of impending unsanitary conditions. Upon arrival, I conducted my customary check for hair, food, animals, and lo and behold, we were informed of the presence of bedbugs in the room. I strongly dislike booking cheaper rooms. Consequently, I proceeded to book our room on the opposite street. The hotel is extremely unpleasant.

This place is absolutely amazing for the price. The room had a modern design, plenty of different choices for lighting from two different reading lights, to the giant LED light behind the bed that lights up the entire room! Plenty of plugs to charge your devices, even some USB-C options. I would definitely stay here again. Lot of good food options nearby from Hawaiian Brothers, to Waffle House.

Room was good. I’m good condition. They had breakfast scheduled posted up to 10 am during the weekend, but when we when down to eat there was NO coffee and NO breakfast at all. The door where it was served was closed.

Almost excellent stay.

Other than a couple of minor items, it was an excellent stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Our TV stopped working on the last night. The Hotel offered to move us to another room, but we really didn’t need to. The breakfast area was not well maintained. Several items ran out well before ending time and were not replenished i.e. waffle syrup, yogurt machine, coffee, toast.

Not impressed

Not impressed. Asked for extra blanket , said not available. Towels stocked nicely upon check in, then daily refresh no hand clothes or wash clothes. Room not vacuumed once in 5 days . No towels in pool area 4 days running . For the price there are much better options in Springdale. The biggest problem was whole we were gone during the day, staff turned temp up and we returned to a hot room with a poorly working very loud air conditioner.
