The bathroom has black mold on the floor on the shower. I told the front desk after seeing it in the room. I showed them a picture I took of the black mold. They asked to see the picture and took a picture of my picture and said they were going to show the manager. Never heard back.

Something had been tracked in on someone's shoes, and trailed into the elevator and on the rug on 3rd floor. This was not cleaned up for hours. Our room floor needed to be swept/vacuumed.

It was not what I expected the room we stayed in looked like the police had raided the room on multiple occasions the door wouldn’t latch so we had to make sure the lock was set and the hallways were dark and dingy and I’m sure it was because the walls were nasty and the carpets looked horrible

This stay was great. The staff were very nice, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast included was really nice. The cinnamon rolls were the best I have ever had. It will definitely be the place we stay when we go back to that area.
