The room was clean. We chose to not have cleaning every day while we were there, but they still left us a little basket with fresh towels andnpther essentials, which was nice. The front desk was always friendly. The breakfast was good. Each day had some type of cooked eggs, potatoes, and a protein (sausage, bacon). They also had hard boiled eggs. There was yogurt and granola to make a kind of parfait. Patmeal was available to make, as well as bagels, toast, and muffins. The kids made waffles every day, so they were happy. O did the online pre-check in, so once we arrived it was quick and smooth, and checkout was just as fast. We would stay here again.

We really loved staying here. The location was perfect to enjoy Zion National Park, and the views from the hotel itself were stunning. The room was clean, spacious, and well appointed, and the hot tub was large and clean as well. We never have the room cleaned by housekeeping during our stay at hotels, but we thought it was really nice that each day we came back to the room to find a basket of fresh towels and a new roll of toilet paper in a basket outside our door. We will absolutely stay here again and recommend to our friends.

Room was clean. Location was perfect. The Springdale shuttle has a stop at this hotel. Very convenient. We have stayed here before and the food was great. This time, the eggs were powder and didn’t sit well, especially when you’re hiking all day. The noise level of the pool/hottub gate slammed very loud everytime someone went through.

Room was reasonably priced. The staff were insightful and knowledgeable of the local hikes. Rooms were very large, clean and comfortable for a family of four consisting of 2 older teenagers. I cannot rate this hotel any higher than 10 stars!!
