Large Modern 3 Bedroom Home w/Lake Views, Decks Galore and Firepit

Welcome to Margaret House. The latest addition to the Occupied Incorporated family of short term rental homes. This two level home boasts fantastic lake views, four outdoor decks/patios, fire pit, two family rooms and enough space to be separate when the time comes.

We are walking distance to three public lake access points and a short bike ride to Spring Lake's Lakeside beach. We are surrounded by bike trails and a short trip to Central Park. Grand Haven's beaches are a short 10 min drive.

Master bedroom is on the main level with lake views and attached outdoor deck. The 2nd bedroom is on the lower level with a bathroom right across the hall. The third bedroom is on the main level and has lake views. Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the unfinished basement spaces.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a jetted bathtub and a hair dryer.
