"Rooms were clean, we got the "limited" view but the balcony was just slightly smaller doesn't matter when you're on the 11th floor we could still see the ocean and the view was great, it just puts you over the parts of the hotel roof and some businesses but you can see everything. Snacks in the lobby were kinda expensive, and breakfast buffet could use a better staff, our servers were kinda inattentive yet preoccupied with phones, while other patrons were frustrated too and we waited awhile not bringing us the bill. The food was decent for $20.00 a person. Tiki bar during the day and inside bar at night is a vibe! Great atmosphere"

"Stayed 3 nights with my wife. Property is in a good proximity to beach and boardwalk. Parking is a bit rough because main lot fills up quickly then you’re stuck parking 2 blocks away in a very tight secondary lot that also fills up quickly. Wasn’t impressed with the patio area. Large area but nowhere to sit down apart from a very hard park bench. The evening we sat there on some chairs that were already left there by the restaurant next door, after a little while the police came over to tell us to get off the chairs and return them to the restaurant which we never took them to begin with so I wasn’t thrilled to be approached by the police over some chairs. The hotel should splurge and put some complimentary seating for their guests on the patio. Outside of this, beach is nice and clean but sand is a bit rough on the bottoms of your feet closer to the water. Lots of police presence on the boardwalk so that’s good to deter nuisances. Nice town but wouldn’t return. There are better beach towns on the Jersey shore to visit."

"Rooms are all unique so I would suggest calling the hotel to discuss your needs and specific rooms available. We had a very nice King Suite. Grounds very pretty - directly across from Spring Lake. They provide beach tags, towels and chairs, which is very nice. Lobby has coffee and the best beignets in the morning! Also wine glasses if you BYOB. Would be great place any time of year. Lots of wedding attendees staying there. Would definitely go back."
