I was completely unable to check in or stay at this property. The owner went radio silent after the booking was confirmed and ignored every message I sent—despite numerous attempts to reach them.

We were not aabke to stay because they never gave us instructions on how to enter the house. We were bever able to get in contact with the hosts, and neither were VRBO. Ended up staying in a hotel. VRBO customer service was great in helping, even if it took being on hold for almost two hours.
