Nice quiet place. We were visiting our son in York college. It was about 20 minutes away from the college. Love the comfy living room. The bedroom is cozy too. Great coffee station.

A clean, well-maintained property in a nice quiet rural setting. Ample parking on-site. Bed was quite comfortable. The host is easily reached and provides timely instructions. He is quite generous with morning K-cups. He even provides wood for the firepit. Easy drive to York or Hanover.

there was a very disturbing smell in the air almost like sewage. We later learned its due to being up the hill from a paper mill. the damp night air enhances this putrid smell. we checked the place over, seen cobwebs in every corner and behind the trash can. In the coffee maker there was a used KCup, and an almost completely used stick of butter with only 1tbs left on the counter, hair all over baseboards in the bathroom. Christmas trees that are most likely up all year long with a couple of random scarecrows , just odd decor. One nice thing was a adorable outdoor calico kitty, my wife wanted to take home. her name is now donut!
