My family loved staying here. The house and the land around it were beautiful. My daughter loved walking out to the tea house and exploring the other paths. We heard the bees buzzing and the birds tweeting every morning. We enjoyed eating out on the deck and seeing the sunset and rise. We come out to this area 1-2 times a year and are hoping to return in the future.

The kitchen has every dish you might need to cook, it’s very spacious with indoor and outdoor seating and a beautiful view! Everything was very clean and the host was immediately responsive with any questions that I had throughout the stay! A reminder to anyone going to the tea house outside to check for ticks after but the view is worth it!!

The home is a true gem. It’s peaceful and quiet and overlooks rolling hills with no other homes in sight. The house was clean, comfortable and Barbara provided detailed directions. It’s close to Taliesin and The House on the Rock and the beautiful countryside of western Wisconsin. I would highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home! It was the perfect location to explore the area - Frank Lloyd Wright, American Players Theater, natural beauty, etc. The surrounds of the home are stunning with views of the valley and wildflower fields throughout the property and the inside of the home is cozy and comfortable. I was looking for a cute and cozy home with at least one bedroom on the main floor to accommodate members of my party with mobility issues, and this home was perfect. It's all on one floor and there's not even a step up to the front door. The main bedroom has a walk in shower which is an added bonus. If I'm staying in the area again I will definitely be back here!!

This house was the perfect place for my family and I to gather for a relaxing weekend. The views were spectacular! We really loved the cleanliness and peaceful nature surrounding us. All of the large windows made it easy to enjoy the wildlife from indoors during the rain and cooler weather. Our host was incredibly kind during our communications. I appreciate their timely responses. We can’t wait to go back!

This was one of the nicest VRBOs I've every stayed at. A real retreat. I really liked the outdoor space and the many floor to ceiling windows. We stayed in early spring before the native plants were really going but I bet it is really popping in summer. Plus the host was very responsive. You could stay there for a long time reading all the books on the shelves.
