My sister and I stayed here two nights and were very impressed. Comfortable beds. Everything was very clean and the staff was phenomenal. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was also delicious with plenty of options even towards the end of service. Would stay there again.

The staff was wonderful!! They were very accommodating with our check-in and check-out changes. We were allowed to store our bags before check in. The breakfast was delicious! Beds were comfortable and clean. Quite room and area. Mall is a short walk. Lots of convenients there.

Everything was 5-star, including the staff and their excellent service. The only downside was the car park charge, which I found quite expensive at 20 CHF per night. Apart from that, everything was outstanding and truly deserving of a 5-star rating. One suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the breakfast buffet by offering a wider variety of options. Other than that, I had a great experience and would happily recommend this place.

Hotel is ideally located, everything about my stay was spot, I arrived very late at 11 pm and the staff were very welcoming, room was very nice and a good size, breakfast was good but very busy some days. Underground car park was very good to use.
