Great one night stay while traveling. Old and quaint, well taken care of. You can see they take pride and maintaining the property. I suggest sleeping with earplugs anywhere along this corridor, as there is a lot of train traffic. We are up and out of there early in the morning to hit the road so we did not take advantage of the breakfast.

This motel was in a convenient location for our needs. The room was clean and spacious, and the 4-queen-bed situation was excellent for the price. However, having absolutely no way to turn the heating on during a 8°C night is wild. The bathroom fan wasn't functional either. As others have mentioned, trains run nearby. We heard at least six during the ≈12hours we spent in Sprague, so plan on using earplugs. Overall a decent place, just cold.
