The room was clean but could use a fresh coat of paint. The bath tub had a huge crack down the middle and was very, very soft. Almost scary to take a shower.

Imagine my surprise when I arrived after dark, checked in, and opened the door to my suite, only to find the TV on and a light on. I told my wife to stay outside while I fearfully searched the suits. Aside from that, everything about the place was OK. Not good, not great.

Do Not Stay Here!! ** Warning**

Do not stay here!!! Homeless everywhere, people openly carrying weapons on thr property, a burned out RV was across the street. Stains on the furniture and carpet, damage to the tile flooring and dirty rooms. Damage to to the flimsy door to our suite and external damage to the building. Owners and management are slum lords who only care about money. I asked for a refund due to stated conditions and safety and asked Hotels.com to help but nothing was done. Hotel management said nope! Don’t stay here!!! The 8.8 rating and property description is deceiving!!

The room had a horrible smell (musty and old smoke) and when I asked about it, the front desk person basically shrugged her shoulders and said they were all like that. The room also had a locked door that was locked from the other side with no lock on our side. Strange set-up. Just based on the smell of the room and the service at the front desk, I would not recommend this hotel or stay here ever again.

The office was very nice and explained everything gave us places to eat at for dinner. House cleaning and maintenance needs to evaluate the rooms better Needs sime updating furnoture wise. But, all in all good for the few days we stayed there.
