We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is within walking distance to great restaurants- we walked to coffee every morning and had drinks or ate at most all of the restaurants. Close proximity to downtown as well. Parking was a breeze, never crowded on the streets. Fairly was very responsive and did a wonderful job making the space feel welcoming. The apartment was immaculate when we arrived and truly pristine.

Stayed for 4 nights, was a wonderful historic residential building within walking distance of several local restaurants, a grocery store, and downtown Spokane. Had a bit of a hiccup with the entry code when I first arrived but was resolved relatively easily once owner contacted me personally. Plenty of space, with a full kitchen and dishwasher. Would recommend for singles or couples but might be a bit tight for 4 or more. Streetside parking but was never an issue finding a spot nearby.
