The room we were given had not been cleaned. Blankets, pillows, towels all over the floor. Human feces was on the floor inside the door.
Upon going back to the front desk, we were given another room, and found that none of the lights worked in that room.
We went BACK to the front desk and asked for a refund. We were told that the front desk person could not provide a refund, that I had to contact management the next day. We left and found another hotel.
Upon contacting management we were told that if the “room was that bad, we would expect a refund to have been issued…” and a week later they’re still refusing to provide a refund.
In addition, the environment at the hotel and other guests there did not feel clean or safe. I was traveling with my teen daughter and did not feel comfortable staying there with her.
