Easy freeway access, just minutes from Arbor Crest Winery, and walking distance from the Spokane River and Centennial Trail. Only 20 minutes to downtown Spokane and 25 minutes to Coeur d'Alene Idaho. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen and laundry room make this a perfect home away from home for your group or family.



The Space:

Kick back and relax in this beautiful, newly constructed, three bedroom, two bathroom duplex. Tucked in a quiet neighborhood of the Spokane Valley you will find all the amenities of home waiting for you here. Centrally nestled between downtown Spokane and Coeur D'Alene Idaho there are endless opportunities for outdoor recreation, dining out, site seeing, and enjoying our beautiful gem of a city. Don't feel like going out? Enjoy a night in with our 65" living room TV.



We provide smart lock technology for convenient self check-in and key-less entry as well as a single car garage. Wi-Fi and video steaming is available on both the 65" and 55" smart TVs. For those traveling with little ones, a highchair and playpen are provided to better accommodate your stay.



Whether you are traveling for business or an escape from the daily grind this warm and cozy duplex is the perfect fit for you.

Guests have access to the one car garage during their stay as well as full access to the large driveway.
