The villa is set on a small side road leading to a beach just 15 metres away. Apartment 2 is on the 1st floor and Penhouse can accommodate 4+1 guests. On the 1st floor is one bedroom, one bathroom, living room with fully equipped kitchen entered balcony.. The Penthouse consist living area and queen size bed and bathroom with beautiful seaview..

In the grounds of the villa guests have a terrace furnished with sun loungers and BBQ..

Car hire is recommended for exploring the local area. This villa is ideally positioned very close to main beach, with the nearest restaurant within walking distance. Nearby Trogir Old Town has a wide range to choose from. The medieval town of Trogir is 10 minutes drive away where you will find a scrumptious fruit market and countless shops and restaurants. Take an evening walk through tiny streets and squares and enjoy great sea food and Italian ice cream!

There is a boat transfer from the port (walking distance) to Split and Trogir. The Split international airport is 15 km distance. There is lots to do in area Speed boat to Hvar Island & Pakleni Islands, Boat trip to Vis Island's blue & green cave, discover the Plitvice lakes, visit the Beautiful Old Town Mostar or Dubrovnik Old Town.
