Our place is located in the area of Varos, just a 5-minute walk to the Riva and Diocletian's Palace. Nearby is the Marjan Forest and the Zvončac bathing area. The modern studio is located on the ground floor of a recently renovated old house, has a small garden and a terrace with a table and chairs, and a beautifully decorated kitchen and living room with a sofa bed that serves as a bed for a third person. There are many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Ideal location for a full old town experience.



Our lovely studio is situated in the charming and historic neighborhood of Varoš, one of the oldest parts of Split. Just a short 5-minute stroll will bring you to the famous Riva promenade and the magnificent Diocletian’s Palace, placing you right in the heart of the city’s vibrant energy and rich heritage. For nature lovers and beachgoers, the Marjan Forest Park and the popular Zvončac bathing area are also close by, offering scenic walking paths, shaded picnic spots, and refreshing swims.
