L’appartement est bien situé, à quelques minutes de la vieille ville, et il est dans l’ensemble plutôt joli. La communication avec l’hôte a été très simple et la climatisation est un vrai atout. La partie extérieure est agréable et pratique pour faire sécher le linge, même si ce n’est pas une véritable terrasse mais un patio. Malheureusement, la fenêtre de la voisine qui donne directement sur ce patio reste en permanence ouverte, ce qui fait que les odeurs de cuisine et de toilettes se ressentent constamment, ce qui est assez désagréable. Concernant l’intérieur, l’hygiène pourrait être améliorée : poussière au sol et sur les meubles, traces d’insectes écrasés sur les murs et plafonds, et une salle de bain avec une douche peu propre qui fuit et nécessiterait d’être refaite. L’appartement est également assez humide, ce qui accentue le manque de confort.
