This hotel is way Over priced your only paying for the prime location with seafront and ocean view. Premium rooms not up to standards of a five star hotel cramped very little comforts inadequate seating . Too much furniture and fittings awkward to move around. Cheap bit of carpet under the bed area. On the positive side excellent quality of toiletries. Balcony room view excellent of the ocean and Split. Excellent breakfast buffet and al a crate menu

Beautiful room with floor to ceiling windows over looking the boats and Adriatic Sea. The property was just outside the old town but vey easy to walk to you. Perfect for quiet nights sleep.

Great hotel, but like the sandals (owned by Birkenstock) can be lacking in detail, small towels no turndown service but classed as 5 star, small menu for supper, lacking in choice but visually a beautiful hotel with some tremendous staff who go over and above to help. Room lovely view over the harbour beautiful but light switches a challenge and safe at ground level difficult if you have knee replacements!
