Our stay was just OK, the staff was pleasant and helpful, the hotel is located within walking distance to all attractions. However, our room was tiny, we didn’t have space enough to place our luggage. We had issues with the shower draining water, and the side lamp was not working. My main issue though was with the two flight of stairs, which didn’t have a proper railing, walking up and down was tricky, and worse when trying to haul 2 heavy suitcases.

A boutique hotel in an old building that is very close to the old town of Split. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a really nice outdoor area to sit and enjoy a drink or snack. Vehicles are not allowed to drop off at the hotel and you will have to carry/drag your bags about 100m to the hotel. We had a ground floor room and unfortunately the ceiling is the floor of the room above and you can hear everything, including conversations. There was a strange smell from the shower drain that persisted for the whole time. Overall we enjoyed our time and would stay there again,

We loved our stay here. The interor of the room is exactly as the photos show. A short stroll from the main area in Stari Grad and is super quiet being away from the main bars/ restaurants. Would stay again Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at this property. Its location is perfect for old town and the marina. Walkable to everywhere or super close to the bus stop if needed. The hotel is super quiet at night which we really liked. Staff were very helpful with check in instructions.

The airport shuttle was seamless and the driver was great. He had lots of insight into Split for us. The property and the room were lovely, with a large bathroom and shower. The beds were very comfortable. The location is fantastic, lots of restaurants in walking distance. However, the walls are paper thin and we heard the people talking in the room next to us when we were trying to get to sleep. Same issue with the floor, once the guy upstairs started coughing at 6:00 in the morning, the noise from up there didn’t stop and it was loud. If you are a light sleeper, probably not the place for you.

We found roaches on the first day. There was no cover for the secondary bed. The AC was smelly. The furniture layout didn't allow for the closet to open fully. The nightstands were unstable. The room was renovated recently in a cheap manner as there were holes in the stone wall and mortar was still falling from the joints. The shower was the best part but there were no hooks to hang towels and there was humidity on the balance. The noise isolation was very poor and we could hear the neighbors all the time.
