You'll love to stay in our house near famous Bacvice beach and very close to the center.

It is in a great location to spend your holiday in Split.

House has three floors and spacious outside terrace just for you.

Unlike majority of other houses, this one is very close to the beaches Firule (3 min walk) and Bacvice (6 min walk).

It's only 12 min walking to the Split promenade and 8 min to the ferry port.

For ideal temperature house has 6 air-condition units, one for each bedroom and two in living room.

A spacious room with a pool table also contains fireplace, kitchenette and washing machine.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, stove, oven, toaster and a fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Three bedrooms have a comfortable double bed and one bedroom two cozy single beds.

Two bedrooms have insuite bathroom with shower, and also there is bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

We will also provide you an iron and ironing board for free.

All equipment in the house - air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, clean bedclothes, towels & more is included free of charge.

Baby cot can be provided for free, please contact in advance.

We secure one parking spot in front of the house.

Street where the house is located is free to park and in majority of cases you'll find parking spot right next to the house or 1-2 min walking.

Stay for less than 3 nights is surcharged +30% price.

For 3 nights and more stay, standard price applies.

Smoking is not allowed in the house, but you can smoke outside.
Pets are not allowed, sorry.

We expect normal house behaviour - please watch out not to break anything, leave the house tidy and don't make noise to other people in the house.

Also please don't forget to enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is 14:00 (2 p.m.), check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.


***** Notice for the Ultra Music Festival (UMF) guests:

Stay from9-th to 13-th of July (4 nights) is mandatory. Please do not make reservation for less than that. You are welcome to come earlier or stay later than those dates.
