Cute cottage stay

These cottages are just right for 2 people with all of the amenities we appreciate including keurig coffee makers (with k cups provided), mini fridge, and a TV in the bedroom and another in the living room. The small space is used wisely and is very cute. We enjoyed a stroll to the grocery store and then another quick walk to Killians for supper (the steak tips and garlic cheese curds were delicious!). The cottages are closer together than we expected but we never heard any other guests at all. We absolutely plan to come back! (p.s. Don’t miss Blackbird Espresso when you are in town!!)

So we stayed in these carts twice now over the last few years and also had family stay in cottages. They are all very nice. They’re small they’re comfortable. They’re different than a motel and yet very very quiet part of town. Are you able to sit out in the evening and talk until midnight because it’s quiet and you’re not really disturbing the neighbor The hot tub has always been functional and it’s a really nice hot tub The rooms have adequate space they’re not like a suite, but they are really comfortable I would admit the Wi-Fi is not always the best. Sometimes you just have to reset and reconnect but if that’s the worst thing, I have to say then you should probably consider a stay here. Like I said, we have came back after a couple of years, coming back Spearfish and actually invited others in our family to stay in colleges with us. The cooking arrangements are acceptable for small cottage cooking. And the beds are comfortable. What more could you ask for?

The Spearfish cottages are simply amazing!!

When I was looking on hotels.com for a room in spearfish, SD and came across the Spearfish cottages I selected it because of the feedback rating and the pictures. These 10 individual cottages all share a large, tree lined, grassy backyard area. There is a public hot tub, a bench switch, lots of room for kids to play, but most of all, it’s quiet. The units are adorable, clean, well Syed out, and so very comfortable. We love these cottages. I would definitely recommend unit 10. I know we will when we book there again. It was perfect for walking our dogs out back. It’s far from the street and is a little paradise.

Very well laid out property and very clean. Felt very comfortable here and the bathroom was exceptionally well taken care of. I highly recommend staying here. Great location for exploring the town. We brought our bikes and this was a great launching point. The hot tub was clean and we used it a couple of nights.

These are cute, nicely kept cabins in a quiet neighborhood. Because of a current foot condition, I loved how close parking is to the cabin, and easy access for the shower. The space was comfortable and useful and made a nice home base for exploring around town there.

I’ve stayed in other cabins in the area before and these “cottages” are far and away the best experience and best value for the money. Very clean, the mattress and bedding appeared new. The bathroom was very clean. Nice kitchenette. All around an excellent stay.
