Camden House Holidays provides our guests with a light , spacious, modern villa overlooking the Nevis mountain range, forests and the Great Glen of the Scottish Highlands. Accessible from the A82, all year round, but over 300m from the main road in a quiet location. Comfortable beds and sofas, hot tub, wood burning stove, fire pit, luxury showers, well equipped modern kitchen, warm and cosy. Vaulted ceilings, cathedral windows, lots of space for families and friends. Extremely well equipped. Central for many iconic Scottish tourist locations. Yoga deck/mountain viewing platform and fire pit are features of the lovely third of an acre natural garden that wraps around the property.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please leave the house tidy with everything in its original position. Please wash your dishes or leave the dishwasher running and take your rubbish/recycling to the external bins (instructions given)
If you want to, it would be really helpful to strip all used beds and leave the bedding and towels together in the hall but this is by no means a compulsory requirement.
Check all hooks on doors for your property, particularly behind the main door as coats get left there sometimes. Please don't forget your wine or food from the fridges.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

All guests must follow instructions for hot tub, septic tank use, fire safety and security of the property when they go out./leave for the last time
Must keep dogs under control due to wildlife and deer farm over cattle grid. Wild stags and pine-martens (protected) occasionally enter the garden
Must follow check out instructions. We do not charge for cleaning but do require guests to clear up after themselves and correctly dispose of rubbish
