Our home is located close to everything yet on a quiet private lane with Mountain View’s.
This location is perfect for those wanting to shop, visit restaurant’s, town activities and groceries near by. Many town attractions, and easy freeway access. Lovely views of the Wasatch mountains.

Our driveway is a long lane we have lots of gravel parking.
We’ll always be on top of any weather/ snow fall for clearing.
We’re on site at all times so please feel comfortable to walk the property and see the farm and livestock.
Extended Stay:
We allow for extended stays! Should you choose to stay with us for a long period we would happily accommodate you and offer special discounts for those extended bookings. Upon arrival, the home will be fully stocked with all of the essentials to get you started. For any additional time beyond 7 days cleaning and supplies will be your obligation. We can discuss cleaning and supplies in our long term agreement.
NO Full backyard access:
We have a swimspa, sauna, putting green, trampoline, play set.
We do not offer access in that area, please inquire.

5. Owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises.
6. Owner is not responsible for loss of personal belongings of the renter.
7. Furnishings and appliances should be left in the manner provided to the renter.
8. Any damaged or missing items will be charged to the renter

Guest access;
Guests have access to the entire house and driveway. Access into the house is through smart lock keypad with code.
