We had a great stay! The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The buffet breakfast had plenty of delicious options to start the day, and the shuttle to the cruise port made everything so convenient. Highly recommend staying here before or after your cruise!

We had a wonderful time at this resort. The staff was unbelievably kind and accommodating. The resort is smaller but they really made the most out of it and we were only in our rooms to sleep. My children loved the pool/lazy river and made multiple friends. Every night they looked forward to playing in the inner tubes while watching the outdoor movie. The breakfast was good with a lot of variety. The beach was a five minute walk and they allow you to rent for free beach towels and sand toys. We were also lucky enough to catch one of the rocket launches during our stay and it was the perfect location. If we ever come back to this area, we definitely would stay again!

The staff was very friendly, but the room we had was Not cleaned well. Being there for 4 nights and no one cleaned our bathroom or room. We had to ask to have trash taken and to have the floor mopped. While nice to have breakfast on site and a few options, the eggs were less than desirable, most likely from a carton. Location was great, and again staff friendly!

I was hesitant to book a room here due to some of the negative reviews but we were only staying one night and decided to go for it. It was our boys favorite part of our entire trip. Lou was absolutely amazing (my kids still talk about her) the hotel is within walking distance to the beach and is so family friendly. Board games and computers in the lobby, beautiful pool area. Bathrooms in the rooms are a bit outdated and There is no closet but the rest of the property made up for that. Everything else looked updated and was clean. My son has already asked if we can stay there if we ever go back to Orlando. One day was not enough
