Great spot for a stay with family pre-cruise from the nearby port. Excellent location with direct beach access, and wonderful front desk service. The pool is small but clean and warm with towels readily available. The woman at the pool bar was a bit crusty with the kids trying to play in the pool, constantly asking them not to jump around or splash, despite the fact that the pool was not crowded and they were not bothering anyone. But they were able to head to the beach easily enough. A great choice and we would stay again!

I paid for an ocean front view accessible room with a sofa bed, but it had no beach view, it was not accessible and it had no sofa bed. Both the sofa bed for a third guest and the clean view were charged extra, when I let the counter know about the problem they offered zero solution, when I chatted with Expedia, Expedia offered zero solutions. It just switched me back from live to virtual agent. We are sleeping on the floor having paid extra for beach view and a third guest, and I cannot use the bathroom because it is not accessible. Where else can I complain?

The grounds, pool, lobby are very nice and the staff was very accommodating in storing our luggage until checkin. However, we booked because the Expedia listing indicated 7 adults could be accommodated in the suite we booked. Upon checkin we learned there were only 2 queen beds and a pullout. No extra cots were available. Eventually we were given a second room. There was no telephone in 1 room and in the second room, the telephone didn't work. THE EXPEDIA LISTING IS NOT CORRECT.

The view from the room was great and so was the location but staff and cleanliness was questionable. They overcharged us on the dog fee which we had to point out and the bathroom had mould and the bathroom floor looked dirty. The room never got swept when we were there. I also question if our sheets got changed because they were so wrinkly even though they have a 3 day ‘change’ policy. It was shame really as this place has such good potential.
