Overall the place looked to be older. Very horrible experience. The room smelled and found hair, and dead bugs under the covers. The tub had black ring of dirt in it. Just very dirty and unpleasant experience.

Nasty fridge. I didn't bother opening it.

This was the worst stay ever. We didn’t won’t to sleep in that room, my daughter stayed in the car half of the night and we had cover in the car that we used to sleep on top of . The tub had a crack from the bottom to the top of the ceiling. I would like to request a refund!

The front desk staff was exceptional. They were able to print my boarding pass for my cruise and also helped with dinning option. The hotel is clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when I’m cruising!!!
