Rooms were recently renovated. Simple, clean,comfortable. Don’t go for the pool. It’s under the parking garage. Waterfall annoying loud. Someone approached us to try to let into pool who clearly wasn’t staying at hotel. He would not leave. We called front desk for staff to come out so we could safely leave. I truly feel like he was going to rob me and my daughter or something worse.

The hallways and room had a very strong, awful smell. They were apparently doing construction in the hallways, so there was loud, constant banging all morning long that kept us from sleeping. The pool is under the parking garage, so there’s no sun and it’s freezing cold. Someone came and started banging on our door before it was even time to check out. We will never stay here again.

We stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Cocoa Beach while in town for a family funeral, and unfortunately our experience fell far short of expectations. When we woke up, there was no heat in our room, and it was so cold we were unable to shower. The room phone was not working, so I had to go to the lobby, where there was a long line and the hotel appeared very understaffed. We were told another room might be available in a few hours, but we had to check out by 9:30 a.m., so that was not an option. A housekeeping supervisor was kind and confirmed how cold the room was and tried to help, but due to staffing and time constraints, no solution could be arranged before we had to leave. The property felt stretched thin overall, and based on our experience, this did not reflect the level of comfort we expect from the Sheraton brand. We were told management would follow up, but we have not yet heard back. Given that we were unable to use basic amenities, an adjustment or refund would be appropriate.

We were locked out of our room for an hour until they finally brought up a computer to fix it. They have homeless people living in a car in the parking garage asking for money and they knew they were there for at least 4 days prior to me telling them at front desk and they did nothing about it and they were still there when we checked out. All bathroom and shower items were completely empty. The restaurant that’s advertised on hotel’s website is not there’s and we had to eat off paper plates and literally bus our own table due to only 2 cooks and 1 other staff member that was working the entire restaurant with over 50 people trying to be served. Overall the experience was pretty bad and I don’t recommend this property
